Forward thinking work life balance

I have been employed with Donegal for one month now...and the overall experience has been outstanding!! The on-boarding process could not have been better. I was with my last company for 20 years, so it was quite a transition! But....the HR Team could not have been better, helping me with Health Benefits, 401K, setting up my technology needs...the list goes on and on but the experience could not have gone better! But, the best thing about Donegal is the culture. True professionals who care for one another and treat each other with Dignity and Respect. There is a focus on work/life balance which is important. They have an outstanding relationship wit the community and are involved with many charitable endeavors. Ultimately I was nervous to jump ship from my prior job but I can't be more happy that I made the move to Donegal!!
