Minimum bureaucracy. Nice campus. Friendly people

Cons

No careet path. Much time spent on unnecessary work, sweat shop atmosphere. Persons who stay long term do not get rewarded, pay does not keep pace. Very poor training. Learn what you can and move on.

1. High-level of teamwork and collaboration 2. Positive, can-do, want-to-do-it environment 3. Good compensation 4. Growing and profitable company 5. Beautiful headquarters 6. You're always busy and never idle 7. Highly competent leadership goes out of their way to treat employees with respect

Cons

1. Technology and some technology-thinking is older, so for a motivated tech-oriented worker that might start to feel restrictive and for the business itself it is wasteful to have to solve problems that could have been avoided 2. The big-picture business-problems themselves are pretty uninteresting for a tech person. 3. There isn't a whole lot else in the immediate area aside from Donegal and small restaurants/bars 4. I'm not convinced that there is room for career growth for everyone on the team
