      Pros

      It's a very welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and happy to lend a hand when needed, making it a really easy transition into the company. There's also a training center on site if you're interested in getting any insurance designations or need CE credits. There's also a pretty good benefits package and you can choose from different health insurance plans. It's a really fun place to work!

      Cons

      A contribution toward the HSA would be nice.
