      Amazing leadership. Interns were a respected part of the company and were given every opportunity to learn.

      Pros

      Good company, we'll thought out, smart decisions that allow the company to grow which equates to low risk for lay offs and usually decent bonuses.

      Cons

      No work from home option. The company is a little dated in that respect. They would rather have employees drive in everyday, even in bad weather, when they could easily work from home (many employees already have the equipment to work from home but are not allowed to).
