Salary does not match work load with claims positions

Work load is difficult if not impossible to complete within 40 hour work week, typically meaning you are needing to work early, stay late, work on weekends
Taking more than a couple days off typically means coming back to a large amount of emails, voice-mails, and activities resulting in needing to work additional hours just to catch up
