Amazing people, high impact work but burnout is rampant

- incredibly smart people - quick to adopt new technologies / tools - high visibility, with plenty of opportunities to deliver impact at massive scale

Cons

- work life balance is non existent - DD is a great place to be if you have nothing else going on in your life outside of work - everyone's burnt out and therefore on edge constantly. There's a culture of escalating for even the smallest things which makes it hard to build relationships. The company is full of well meaning people pushed by leadership to the brink.

Pros: Remote work flexibility, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to learn problem-solving and operations skills. I gained valuable experience as an SME and appreciated the fast-paced environment and ability to help merchants and teammates daily.

Cons

Cons: Recent organizational changes and restructuring have negatively impacted morale and stability. Schedule changes, reduced hours, and team restructuring created a lot of uncertainty for employees. Communication around expectations and long-term planning could have been handled more transparently and compassionately, especially for employees whose schedules or support systems were affected.
