Cons

- Regional management on up is spread too thin - Review process is slow - Coaching and opportunities for growth could be greater - Fast growth means fast hiring, resulting in lower standards where high performers are not recognized and workers are not incentivized to perform above and beyond - More of a work/life integration culture than work/life balance for DashMart management, could use more support/options for subbing for associate call-offs for a business open 21 hours a day 365 days a year

The best thing about DoorDash is the people. Furthermore, as an engineer, I love technical challenges, and given the amount of scale the company persevered through in the past year - DoorDash is certainly not shy of them.

Cons
