      - Extremely long hours - Incompetent and inexperienced Managers - Lack of support and resources available to do your job adequately. You’re basically left to fend for yourself and figure it out without help or support. - Lack of work/life balance. Be prepared to be worked like you’ve never done before. - High turnover rate and lack of support from HR for bad Managers - Nepotism is quite rampant
