Pros

Free snacks, free catered (mediocre) lunches, health insurance nearly fully paid for when selecting certain options, company laptop, free "DashPass" membership.

Cons

* Poorly trained and inexperienced managers. * Chaotic and crammed building where everyone is crammed, you'll be lucky if you have enough room to stretch out your arms full length. Feels like a standard call center. * This role "Partner Manager" is nothing but you managing a book of business of clients who (1) don't want to talk to you, (2) many who don't even speak English or know who you are or why you are calling them, and (3) your goal is NOT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, as your KPIs as based on 2 things: how many accounts can you increase the % commission partnership on (ex: moving a restaurant from 20% to 30% commission share) and how many people can you sell on marketing. I've worked in multiple Account Management roles, this is NOT an Account Management role, as you are goaled solely on your ability to sell. Expect a standard sales environment. Expect dial goals and sales metrics to meet. And like a standard sales environment, expect no mercy when you begin to fall behind on your goals.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, Free food and snacks, Great benefits,

Cons

Everything is bandaid together. Disorganized systems and tools that make no sense beyond the core group of engineers or teams who may have built it at the beginning. No proper training or instructions on how to complete tasks so lots of trial and error which is a complete waste of time. Unqualified managers with degrees from ivy league schools but zero people manage skills. Cliquey culture (very mean girls and frat boy culture). Culture of blame from management.
