Pros

Phoenix team are great people. Work environment awesome.

Cons

Underpay. Work you like a Slave and tell you things will change but don't. No room for growth. Ok with losing great talent. The values are contradicting.

Pros

Paid Lunch. Freedom within the work place (working in different locations, from home, customizable desks, etc). Lots of motivation and professional development focused conversations/actions.

Cons

Unstructured breaks/lunches (expected to work through lunch, but also acknowledges that we need to take breaks accordingly. Too much freedom)

Pros

Not being stuck behind a computer and tied to a phone all day! And for anyone who has ever worked in a sales related role - No micro-managing either! Working with DoorDash has been one of, if not, the most stress-free sales related roles I've ever had. Strong market! Supportive work environment and management - both at HQ & at local offices. Generous compensation plans. Great insurance options. A lot of team work/projects with multiple team members collaborating. All-for-one and one-for-all attitude across the board!

Cons

Some merchant leads like to operate over the phone but DoorDash gives ML's the option to go out and hit the ground meeting with merchants in person if you choose to do so. So depending on how you look at it, travel might be a "con" for some but hey, you don't have to if you don't want to (they'll compensate you for travel to an extent too!).
