Culture, culture, culture. This is a happy place to work. I heard a colleague describe it perfectly, "Working at DoorDash is like dating a partner that you feel grateful for every single day, one that makes you wonder what the heck you did to get so lucky." I could not agree more. When you spend more time with your colleagues than you do with your friends/loved ones, they better be great. They all are. Have yet to meet a person I dislike at the company.
Cons
DoorDash offers slightly below market base pay for top level salespeople.
