Pros

You will eventually meet the requirements and learn to optimize your workflow to a milimetric precision. by using all kinds of Macros and AI tools.

Cons

You are constantly reminded of how replaceable you are. Your are constantly pressured by your team leader to meet very high expectations and KPIs often using internal administrative processes which will halt your grow inside the company. The DoorDash culture repeated to your throughout training stops existing when you reach production. No responsibility from leadership.
