Pros

Money is the only reason to work for this company. No professional development or training offered at my site.

Cons

Awful, non-communicative boys club style management that is above reproach or improvement. Nepotism, our Site Manager promoted his younger sister and then made her Shift Lead of the Month. Staffing issues running rampant at our site and no follow up from HR. Doordash negatively impacted my life, they completely shifted my hours and limited overtime so my pay dropped in spite of my dedication/reliability which was burned out through poor, political management.

Pros

-Only pro was talking to great candidates. It was a very junior company to be at.

Cons

-The TA leadership does not know what they are doing. Their director Jay has hired some very junior people to run this recruiting and sourcing teams. -Micromanage -Great product, but dont have the right people leading it. -No strategy -Meetings are very junior -No career development -Talked down to and not treated with respect

Pros

Company tries to have good culture and work from home can be a bonus if that is what you are looking for. Job can be paced to the individual with lots of chances for experience and growth for those who need some.

Cons

Company loves to have any form of "Pizza Party" or employee perks over actual decent employee pay or vacation time. Company is too unstructured and lacks solid leadership so in many cases the loudest and most strong willed end up taking all of the control even if the ideas or processes become unnecessary. The company also seems to like to just shuffle the talent and employees around with slight pay bumps to give the Illusion of promotion but honestly the best promotion will be the one that you give to yourself.
