      - fast moving and dynamic - opportunity to take extreme ownership and develop skills through it - nice equity packages - hybrid work environment - good benefits like health and wellness stipends, 401k matching, in-office meals etc

      Cons

      - extreme favoritism for raises and promotions, not necessarily ground in actual great performance - impossible to get to a different department once you start in MxS - MxS makes dramatically less than any other department regardless of your level - poor upper leadership support - extremely political dynamic

      The company culture feels toxic, stemming from the top leadership down. Leaders emphasize blind compliance over collaboration, frequently shifting priorities without explanation while expecting full acceptance. Within my business line, leadership fostered a competitive dynamic where teams were pitted against each other, prioritizing internal battles for resources and funding over collective success. This environment made it difficult to focus on doing great work or achieving the best results for the business. Feedback from my manager felt inconsistent and unpredictable, often varying with their mood, which created constant stress and uncertainty about what each day would bring. Overall, it was a difficult and demoralizing experience.
