Pros

Lots of engineering empowerment to make business decisions. Engineers can have large-scale impact and dictate the work they do.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for people looking for a good WLB. Lots of talk about "being an owner" and having "bias for action" which is just code for being overworked and having too many responsibilities. Lots of recent turnover and poor team management which makes it difficult to get work done.

I’d recommend it for those without heavy personal commitments, as it’s not ideal for anyone seeking work-life balance. However, if you’re looking for accelerated growth and career progression, this is the place to be.
