- extremely data-driven - built by analysts for analysts: heaven for SQL pros - highest talent bar and most ambitious, skilled colleagues in the game - constant innovation and lots of whitespace to build "0 to 1"

Cons

- current 'Director, Strategy & Operations, Platform + Marketplace' actively disrespects lower level employees, doesn't give recognition for collaborative efforts, takes credit when things go well, and passes blame when things go wrong. one of the most toxic individuals I have ever worked with
