Great focus on Growth of People, Extremely considerate management. Great opportunities to learn and grow across different verticals.

Cons

Tends to be a little Bureaucratic. Few Korean Leaders have a very Narrow sight and Vision and do not typically see beyond what their immediate supervisor wants

Good Salary Structure Timely Credit of Salary Free Lunch One hour sleep time during Lunch Strict office timings. No need to sit after office hours Short Official visits

Cons

Korean Culture Personal development is Zero No decision making power Discrimination between Korean and Indian (Lunch, Salary, benefits, respect etc) Can't argue with Korean despite being your junior DGM and Sr. Engineer share same profile (i.e clerical work) Designation is on Paper as you have to do your work yourself without any subordinates
