1. Very bad HR policy 2. All the top management positions are held by Koreans who do not trust Indians. 3. The top management do not communicate with middle and low level people. 4. One will always have a feeling of job insecurity. 5. Very weak decision making power 6. No respect for work life balance, and will expect from you to work for 18 hours in a day.
