      Pros

      Great career for the right/ level headed person that knows how everything works on equipment and is good with computers. Technicians in 2018 are not like they were in 1980 a computer is the new sledgehammer.

      Cons

      New to construction equipment and needs to shake off the growing pains. But still so much potential if you start the the game early as a young guy. The sky is the limit as to what you can turn yourself into with this company

      The benefit package is good

      Cons

      Its an 'old boys club' and that goes for the women that work there too. The culture is very cliquey. If you are not in the clique they will make every day a living nightmare for you. It is a back stabbing group of people.
