      Consistently busy. Good group of coworkers too work with. Strong business outlook. Challenged to improve the organization businesses and processes on the shop floor.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming at times but manageable. Production fluctuates and not a steady materials come in due to suppliers. Communication.

      Doosan is a big brand name nowadays in market, but inside the Korean staff is not good, they work like British policy divide and rule.many of Korean love Flattery. there is no decision making power in India employees hand.they may show you that they are very kind, but reality is another side of Wall.Not all Koreans are bad ,few are good also there.
