Highly transparent; Full of energy; You will be pushed beyond your limits; No politics at all; Only work matters, nothing else is important; High customer exposure (You talk to IT directors of company within a month or something); No strict work timings; No issue with leaves or vacations; Never required to work on weekends; Friendly culture

It pushes you beyond your limits, but it is up to you how you take it; Timings are not 9-6 right now, but it should be soon
