Its a pain for people to make changes within the company. Whether its with the product or employees.

The pay is fairly competitive. The benefits are fairly competitive as well. The turnover for employees here is an average of 15 years.

Cons

Everyone seems happy to be at work, except when they are at work. Employees are not interested in interacting with others or interested in forming relationships. Lots of introverts in the department I worked at.
