Pros
Department management does care about the employees. Trucks are late model and the garage staff are excellent, especially at Williamsport, MD. When you have a request the do what they can to fulfill it.
Cons
They try to do too much with the staff they have. Drivers used to get full weekends ans great money. With E-logs and regulatory changes that is no longer the case. We were working longer for less. Attempts at adjusting the pay have not closed the gap. Given the increased cost of living on the road and the fact that we throw our own freight for the most part makes that a big negative. Weekends can often be little more than 34 hours and forget most holidays. Drivers are stating to burn out.
