Great medicine terrible place to work

provide excellent medicine and care to patients, the medical staff is great and very knowledgable

Cons

Overworked conditions, segregated roles, out numbered by patients everyday and night to the point where 1 person would alone with over 30 patients in the ICU, unable to speak up for yourself without getting written up or fired, delusions from the higher up and CEO (they also play favorites and allow certain managers to speak and treat their staff members however they want to), and donors get to special treatment even if there pets is extremely stable compared to true critcal pets coming in.

Incredible medicine and support staff, wide variety of medical experiences

Cons

Management doesn’t care about their employees and will fire you for anything. They do not take employee complaints seriously. They know it’s a problem and they simply don’t care at all. The most toxic people run that place and will destroy the quality that hospital could be

The clients, the patients, and the medical team.

Cons

The management is not worth the hassle. They make poor decisions that put employees in uncomfortable situations. They say they care about helping pets in need, but unfortunately, the new building is the perfect example, so they have veered off the path.
