      Some of the people are ok

      Cons

      Don’t think just because they offer good money for management positions it’s worth it. Trust me it’s not! They treat hourly employees like they are expendable. They pay less than anyone else in the area for hourly help. Turnover is huge! They are not a servant led company. They talk 6S , but don’t want to make the changes needed for improvement.

      Lot's of good people to work with and a solid refrigeration backgrounds.

      Cons

      Concern more about shareholder's stock than employees or customers. Always cutting resources to balance books vs. investing in the future.
