      Pros

      Professionally run parent company that unfortunately does not have have insight in how the business is run.

      Cons

      Make sure to read reviews from office workers. The company has been in a downward spiral but somehow the management team has survived. Unfortunately very few work for the business, general view is that exec team has mastered the art of politics to keep their jobs. This approach trickles down to many mid level managers. Toxic work environment in my opinion.

      Paid holidays, Incentive days are great

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Always bringing in temps at low wages who are there just to get by. Management doesn't want to pay for decent workers. Would have left sooner if I had the chance. Also, jobs are being rushed through, just to make the ship date. This impacts the QC.
