      Company Vehicle and gas card decent pay you can learn a trade and move up (sometimes)

      Cons

      overworked when there is work. no work when its slow. management is never encouraging raises are rarely seen innocent people get thrown under the bus. no incentives for working hard.

      Hard working production employees. Good pay. Good Benefits.

      Cons

      No growth, no compassion, favoritism to say the least. Upper management does not care for production associates. Long hours and very little reward and pay for them.
