honestly, the pay is low, the stress is high and the retention rate is very low .. the only reason to be an employee here, is to use it as a stepping stone to something better. The company tends to hire new employees for higher positions, instead of promoting from within.

Cons

The company doesn't know how to manage its departments. Sadly, hard work and determination is often overlooked. The sales team consists of employees that are friends and those who don't fit in the with them are outcasted. The parts department tends to operate with the notion that 'every man for himself' and the managers are no different.

Pros

Everyone is very friendly and they really don't mind their job Not difficult or time heavy work Great opportunities for engineers and lots of experienced men and women.

Cons

Older workforce, slower work speed Quite unorganized and unmotivated operators/supervision Obvious lack of communication between departments and a broken work structure which often damage people's work ethic and mood. Supervisors tend to "point-fingers", no one wants to take blame or ownership for their process.
