      the leadership is bringing innovation.

      Cons

      Working here is like slavery and they have toxic culture and disrespect at times. they have trust issues. I reported multiple issues around these and instead of addressing them, it got worse. Compensation is unfair. To succeed here you put your dignity and respect aside and Just heed to what your immediate mangers ask you to do. There is never healthy discussion. I strongly recommend people to stay away from this toxic culture.

Stir rumours and edit work to find flaws that never existed Quick enough to throw you under the bus with investigations Centre wide sent emails directed at one person causing humiliation
