      Pros

      Constantly innovating and bringing new products to market. Has a strong legacy of knowledge, but also a lot of new talent that is revamping Dover Fueling Solutions' go to market model

      Cons

      Some of the practices are a bit out dated, but COVID helped by changing 100% working from the office to some remote work being possible.

      Pros

      Still a really good company to work for with a range of benefits. Great atmosphere, flexible working hours for most roles.

      Cons

      Last few years have seen a few benefits lost (Christmas parties permanently cancelled, team building budgets cancelled, Annual bonus terms changed to depend on performance of more parts of the business means less chance to get one).
