      I’ve worked here 5 years and I guess it’s a stable job.

      Cons

      Management are shocking and everyone knows it. They don’t care or engage with the workshop teams, they treat them with contempt. I recently heard they praised some staff for ‘saving’ the factory, their reward, £15 Amazon vouchers, talk about a disconnect.

      1: No Dorm/Sick Room available for employees to are sick but still at work. 2: No Caferetia available for people working in night shift
