      Early Friday finish and in house canteen

      Cons

      Stores and scheduling make production difficult. Lots of talk about process's but not being followed by certain departments resulting in chaotic working environment.

      Benefit package is ok. Pay was solid with a decent work life balance.

      Cons

      Very poor with new product development/implementation, mismanaged at almost every level. This created lots of extra effort that was just needles and a waste of resources.

      Pros

      Though most complain to management about work load and deadlines, the reality is that its slow by comparison to most places. Benefits are good, stress is low. Don't expect to be doing anything ground breaking.

      Cons

      Too much middle management, more time doing justifications, paperwork, and meetings that getting things done. Not open to new ways of doing things, new tech/processes, or change even though most of the projects they have done the last few years have been flops due to cost, function, etc. They are very much behind the times.
