      Pros

      Friendly work environment, good work-life balance, interesting work. Lots of activities from the engagement council.

      Cons

      Moving up your career is a long uphill battle. Promotions are very seldom, and the criteria are unclear. Can't use AI and digital transformations are slow. The team is too small for the workload. You kind of have to be in the cool kids club to play at this company.

      The benefits package is solid, and a lot of people are kind

      Cons

      Those who play into office politics are the ones who are rewarded. My manager is incompetent at their job and has created a bad environment for the entire team while trying to advance their own career, and it's working.
