Cons
Challenging work/life balance - full time is at least 9.5 hours a day, although that depends on the function. Continuous structural change going on for the last 2 years with uncertainty about the future shape of the organisation and burdening people with constantly increasing workload and complexity, while continuously cutting resources. Anything less than 100% dedication is considered "not committed/not a prospectual leader" and only practiced for administrative or laboratory jobs. Unpaid leave is only thinkable as an extension of maternity leave.
