      Pros

      There are many opportunities within the large organization to acquire experiences in different businesses. You need an open mind, flexibility and determination.

      Cons

      Within the last couple of years, profit seems to be the ONLY driving force. Experience from older employees are not valued anymore. They are let go only to hire younger people a few months later.

      A well known company, if you works there you will have a good referance on your Cv. Thecompany really goes a long way in insuring the safety of their employees. The company also pays well

      Cons

      The company is located in a location that is far from the main road, so unless you are driving your own car you will have to walk a long distance to get transport to and rom work.

      - great benefits - great career opportunities, they train you well and help you plan out a career path - diversity and inclusion. with so many offices around the world, you get to interact with different nationalities, cultures, and personalities that you are sure to grow with and learn from - CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY :)

      - too much email dependency can make the workplace cold and frigid
