      Diversified portfolio which promises business growth and earnings potential. Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Good Bonus payouts recently

      Negative overall feedback from employee surveys. Inability to execute on transformation & IT projects. Lacks alignment and prioritization of different initiatives. Do not have skilled resources for the initiatives going on. Work processes complex and not understood. Many old timers are ego centric, inflexible and lack practicality. Working with incompetent consulting resources/org. Losing valued employees, low morale. Overwhelming and mind numbing project management methodology and deliverables.
