Leadership over the past 3 years has gotten worse. Plant director to managers. Doing more with less isn’t great and constantly cutting budgets but wonder why the plant is deteriorating and looks like a third world country isn’t ideal. Using band aids to fix problems or a skeleton crew for maintenance to cut costs also increases down time.

Slow career progression with low transparency. Sprawling organization that's difficult to reach and impact, and easy to get lost within. Difficult to move laterally, taking enormous effort from the employee with little support from management. Significant "churn" in support processes like safety and administrative tasks - often employee driven where teams are encouraged to make changes, often just reversing previous decisions with no clear progress over time.
