      Great company to work fo.

      I worked for Dow for 31.5 years. Have been retired since 1995. One thing they do is forget to ones who are retired. We need raise form time to time just like the CEO and everyone else gets. I had one little raise I think in 1997 and that was it. They just forget the ones who help build the company to where its at today.
