There are many programs to help you network, find mentors, and make connections throughout the company in order to boost personal growth. Heavy emphasis on safety. Good benefits and vacation policy.

Cons

Very strict work processes can be limiting as far as your ability to contribute to activities and projects. Going through a merger, so lots of change and extreme actions being taken for cost savings. Work-life balance is intense more often than not.
