Job Insecurity, Disregard for Employee Loyalty, Personal Sacrifices in Vain, Emotional Impact, Questionable Company Integrity Despite five years of dedicated service at Dow, where I excelled in customer relations and generated over $25 million in profits, the company abruptly laid off 2000 employees, myself included. Relocating and adapting to a new country and culture for Dow now feels like a regrettable decision. The lack of loyalty and the way they handled the layoffs has left me deeply disappointed in my experience with the company.
