Pros

Good culture of cooperation and innovation. Leadership is transparent and communicates a clear vision. Pay is good and benefits are good. Good work life balance.

Cons

No bonuses or raises last year, but considering the industry and economy, can't really complain too much.

Pros

remote work from home environment, nice coworkers for the most part

Cons

I worked there for five months in their sales department and saw over 10 people quit and a plethora of colleagues disgruntled. They kept changing management and then laid off half of our sales team. Every Friday we have a all hands on deck meeting with the CEO Steve. This is a dry, and boring job with no advancement in growth at all. Stay far away!
