H.O.D is respectful and even if it's a busy service don't shout at you, always remains calm, and treat you like a Person

Cons

Management don't care about subordinates, obsolete and outdated equipment in the kitchen, basic equipment broken down by some unskilled chefs that is not repaired promptly making difficult to get Mise en place done for service in a daily basis, HR not willing to listen employees suggestions
