Pros

Working at Bloomsbury hotel relatively simple. Workings hours for breakfast waitress are great. Full time 40 hours per week guaranteed, if you need extra hours you can get. 95% employees are friendly or super friendly. GM, deputy GM, director of food and beverage, general manager the Coral Room and Dalloway terrace -amazing management. Special thanks to M.P.. They know how to show the respect to employees. There are a lot of benefits: joining bonus, Christmas bonus, Christmas lunch, Children Christmas party, summer time ice cream every Friday, free delicious lunch, free coffee, juice, sometime cakes in a canteen ,national hospitality day they give vouchers for each employees, dry cleaning for uniform.

Cons

Unfortunately 5% employee are rude. I heard inappropriate jokes about my person. Unprofessional conduct.

Pros

I've worked at this company for 9 months and I am very glad for that. They teach me everything I know in hospitality in London, the team was extremely amazing, they have patience and don't judge for your mistakes. I just left to have more time to study. The FOM was very kind with our requests to be off, respecting our requests and very often giving us weekends and more than 3 days off a week.

Cons

For reception there is not service charge. If you do not do upsell you do not increase your salary.
