Team, people you work with; Support; Training offered by the company; Benefits; Events offered by the company outside work hours (e.g. parties, bowling, chair massage, paws at work); Everything is guest-oriented, with high standards and respectful guests.

Cons

Things take a very long time to get fixed (I'm talking close to a year); Standards that do not change guests experience (e.g. compulsory wearing a tie)
