Pros

- Easy place to get a job because of the lack of staff they always have (though I would consider other place first because this one can burn your mental health for sure)

Cons

- Management: Some floor managers / supervisors have their position not because deserving them, but because of having friendships with "important" high position people. This means that you won't find anyone who knows what "to be a manager" actually means and, of course, you will have a hard time trying to have some "respect" for yourself and finding "fairness" in the day by day work and responsabilities. Some of them have been promoted to "manager" positions by threatening to change jobs, and, of course, because of the lack of staff, it's the only way of keeping them. - HR department: There are no "real" channels to communicate any concern or trouble you may have during your day or with your managers. There is no one to talk to in case of a problem. The HR department, that should act as the "neutral" side in any minor or huge problem, does not get involve in anything. So, it does not matter if your manager disrispects you constantly, the answer they will provide you is "talk to your manager". - Little pay, unreal expectations and responsabilities: 11 euros per hour + having to deal with more responsabilities than what you were informed in your interview / by your manager in your first day, does not make anyone happy. - Respect would be demanded by fear, not by example / leadership: What else can be said regarding the management style in this company? I think this resume everything in just one statement. - You will see lots of times the phrase "Great place to work" everywhere around the hotel and will wonder wtf voted in that survey? - Areas for the human resource are depressing. - They have like 5/6 people that are the "mental health aiders": Try reaching one of them and tell me if you actually get the chance. - No real induction for basically anything. You will be through in with the lions and expect to not be eatten by them.
