I understand your comments regarding the weekend work, which many of our team members appreciate, as that gives a higher rate of flexibility to shift patterns etc... And I am thrilled that we have been able to launch many learning and development programmes over recent years and have continued to do so during the pandemic to demonstrate our commitment to to our people.
