Many of our team appreciate time in lieu, giving them additional days off and more time to take holidays to spend their time with their families and loved ones. As a family owned business, it is lovely to hear this has left an impression with you, as well as our Irish culture. We are proud of our hospitality ethos. Our hotels have been heavily invested in and the properties now are looking amazing. The Dupont Circle in particular has had quite the transformation. At this stage, we don't have plans to expand our US portfolio and as we tend to have long serving management team, this means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role. Thank you for your feedback.
