Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with the Doyle Collection has not been a positive one. As an employer of choice, this is painful to hear and will always do what we can to ensure our team leave with a positive memory of their time with us. While you may have left not feeling that anybody cared, I can assure you that our senior teams do genuinely care and appreciate all the work that goes into every role at the hotel. You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. Good pay, meet cool people.

Cons

On your feet for 8+ hours. Work late nights. Doesn’t get treated as nice as people with management positions.

Thank you for your feedback! We love hearing from our team and appreciate you taking the time to write a review. It is positive to hear that you have some cool people during your time with us. As Front Desk roles are floor based, but we do try to make sure our team are comfortable. We added the special cushioned flooring for our team and the feedback has been really positive so far. Occasionally a longer shift is required due to unforeseen circumstances, but I can assure you we do lots of things behind the scenes to make sure it is fair for all team members. The Doyle Collection
