Nice environment - tick. Team work - tick. We do make sure we do annual salary surveys with all of our competitors in the hospitality industry and are proud to always come out near the top, as well as all those unique benefits on offer. Working in a 365 day a year, 24 hour a day industry, i am afraid weekends do come as standard in hotels. We do try our best to balance shifts and make sure shifts aren't long, however if you have any suggestions for improvement, our HR team has an open door policy and are always happy to have a chat. We tend to agree with you and do believe that our teams are some of the loveliest, warmest people you would have the pleasure of working with. In terms of reward, we do try to ensure we offer a range of perks to appeal to our people working across vastly different roles. We are always looking for improvement though, so do share any great ideas with your HR Manager. I am sorry that you feel management aren't as prepared or transparent as you would expect.
