Always room for development. Opportunities are there, if you want them but you have to put yourself out there. Staff on the ground are great.

Cons

Lack of communication from management is a huge issue. Pay does not reflect the tasks and work expected of employees. Tends to be clique relationships. No drive or passion from management to keep good staff

Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. If you love challenges you will get them. Money’s ok.

Cons

Very resistant to change you will have to fight like crazy to implement them with little support , crazy long hours and little recognition to to people that really make a difference to the venue(s). You will be blamed for others mistakes senior and Junior to you.

Steve Jobs once said "We hire people who want to make the best things in the world", sometimes this means we have to wait a little longer to find those people.
